We accept both digital intraoral scanner data and traditional stone models.
If you are located on Oahu, pickup and delivery services are available in the afternoon only (excluding some remote areas).

You can request a pickup via the “Pick Up Order” button located at the top right corner of our homepage, or by calling us directly.

🖥 Digital Scanner Submissions

We accept STL files from the following intraoral scanners:

• iTero

• Medit Link

• PrimeScan

• Dexis

• Shining 3D

• 3Shape
  (Please note: 3Shape submissions must be sent via EasyRx or email. Direct upload through 3Shape Communicate is currently not supported.)

If your scanner is not listed above, please contact us in advance for submission instructions.

🧱 Stone Model Submissions

We accept physical stone models cast in hard stone (Type III or higher).
If you prefer, we can also pour the stone models in-house using your impressions.

Please ensure models are securely packaged and clearly labeled with the patient and case information.
