Dental Lab FAQ

1. What is your standard turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time for most appliances is 7–10 business days.
For customized products or aligners, turnaround may vary. Please contact us for details.

2. Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?

Yes, we offer pick-up and delivery services on Oahu, Monday through Friday, between 1:00–4:00 pm.(Excluding some areas)
Same-day pick-up requests must be submitted by 12:00 pm (noon).

3. Can I request a specific pick-up time?

Pick-up times cannot be scheduled precisely.
Our driver will arrive between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm based on route efficiency.

4. How do I submit a prescription?

You can submit prescriptions via our online system using EasyRx.
If you're not registered, please contact us and we’ll help set you up.

5. What file types do you accept for digital impressions?

We accept STL files from all major intraoral scanners (iTero, TRIOS, Medit, Shining 3D, and more).

6. Do you offer rush service?

Rush service is available upon request and may be subject to additional fees.
Please contact our office directly for availability.

7. What appliances do you fabricate?

We fabricate a full range of orthodontic appliances including:

• Plate-type retainers
